A lazy day in Miri (Sarawak, Malaysia, Borneo)

I did not do much today but went for a walk around Miri in the afternoon. It was Sunday and most businesses were closed. My hotel here is nothing to write home about, so tomorrow I will move on.

The first one shows a pigeonry which was next to a small local Sikh temple.

These guys were gambling (for serious money) and once I was fiddling with my camera, I was kindly asked to leave ... well, I guess this business wasn't fully legal ...

A nearby fishmarket was open for business but I didn't see too many customers ... Sunday and late afternoon ... the city was pretty quiet ...
